1. Rain, rain, go away.............ISAAC go away. He's come and he likes it so much he's stayed for a while. He's left LOTS of rain, wind gusts like from winter storms, tornadoes, flooding........ I posted on FaceBook and I'll say it here - He's the slowest man I've ever seen. And I know a few slow men. They were thinking about retiring his name because he was so unique. Not sure if they've done that but I'd vote for them to do it.
2. Running update - scratching that C25K plan was the best thing ever. My time has improved every week. Tonight was an exception - I cheated on my GF diet and it made me lethargic. Didn't drink enough water today too - leg cramps. Won't make either mistake again :-(
3. Instragram monster - that is Cassie. I never know what pictures she is going to post out there. I like the photoaday posts and some people are really good at photo editing and post some really neat pictures. If you don't have the app, download it - it's cool! If you do - my name is wsmoncrief!
